Are AMNGENT pipette tips compatible with universal pipettes?

Yes, our pipette tips are designed with a universal fit mechanism. They are compatible with most leading pipette brands, including Eppendorf, Gilson, Thermo Fisher, and Rainin (LTS series excluded unless specified). Our tips feature a flexible cone design to ensure a secure seal and accurate liquid handling.

What quality certifications do your cell culture products hold?

Quality is our priority. AMNGENT (Rongda Bio) is certified under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality management systems. Our products are CE certified. Furthermore, all cell culture consumables are manufactured in a Class 100,000 cleanroom and are certified DNase-free, RNase-free, and non-pyrogenic.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services for private labeling?

Absolutely. We have a dedicated R&D team and in-house mold design capabilities, allowing us to offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services. We currently support partners in over 80 countries with customized product designs, packaging, and private labeling to meet specific market requirements.

What is the difference between Standard and Low Retention tips?

While both are high-quality, our Low Retention Pipette Tips feature a specialized ultra-hydrophobic surface treatment. This significantly reduces sample residue inside the tip, ensuring maximum recovery of precious samples (such as enzymes or DNA) and higher pipetting accuracy compared to standard polypropylene tips.

Are your cell culture flasks and dishes surface-treated?

Yes, our cell culture vessels (flasks, dishes, and plates) undergo a specialized plasma surface treatment (TC-Treated) to make the polystyrene surface hydrophilic. This promotes optimal cell attachment and growth for adherent cell lines. We also offer non-treated versions for suspension cell culture upon request.

What documents does a laboratory consumables supplier need to provide?

A qualified lab consumables manufacturer should be able to provide: (1) Company qualifications — business license and ISO 9001 (ISO 13485 for medical/IVD-related consumables); (2) Product compliance — a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) / lot-specific QC report covering sterility, DNase/RNase-free, and endotoxin level; (3) Material safety data where applicable; (4) RoHS / REACH declarations for plastics; (5) Full traceability records (lot number, production date, expiry). AMNGENT issues a CoA with every lot.

How do I choose cell culture consumables?

(1) Material — medical-grade, USP Class VI virgin PP/PS; (2) Sterility & purity — E-beam sterile, DNase/RNase-free, low endotoxin (< 0.1 EU/mL for sensitive work); (3) Surface treatment — Tissue Culture Treated for adherent cells.

Why is batch / lot traceability important?

Traceability links every vial or tube back to its raw-material lot, production date, equipment, and QC results. It supports audit readiness (ISO/GMP), fast contamination root-cause investigation, minimal recall scope, and reproducible science. AMNGENT assigns a unique lot number to every batch, stores batch records, and for biobanking offers 2D-coded cryovials plus a whole-rack scanner so each sample is uniquely and automatically identified (three-code unified traceability).

How is sterile packaging handled for export?

Sterile products are irradiated (E-beam), then packed in validated sterile pouches or double bags with lot-labeled seals. Export cartons use moisture-barrier packaging and comply with destination rules. Each carton shows lot number, sterilization date, and expiry.

How can I request samples?

Request free samples via the product page "Get A Quote" / inquiry form, or email sales. Tell us the product, volume, sterile/non-sterile, and quantity. Standard samples usually ship within [X] business days; customized or large sets may take longer. Sample shipping costs are typically borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Do you offer OEM / ODM and custom specifications?

Yes. AMNGENT supports private-label, custom molding, and specification development for distributors and biopharma customers.
